Firefox Focus Community Forum

When trying to install FireFox Focus on my PC I get the following message "This Google account is not yet associated with a device. Please access the Play Store app on your device before installing apps. Learn more". I have followede the installation instructions to no avail. Please help.

I'm currently using Firefox Focus for its strong privacy features and am interested in taking my privacy protection a step further. While I appreciate the default settings, I’d like to know if there are additional configurations or advanced options to enhance my browsing security even more.

I have just reactivated a (duplicate) computer which I have only used 2 or3 times in the last year. I have been asked to re-input my Firefox password. Now it wants me to sync Firefox with my (android) phone.

For some reason, Firefox has not been installed on my phone, although other browsers that I have never previously heard of seem to have auto-installed themselves.

I have tried to download the "no fuss" version of Firefox, but it is asking for credit card details. Other browsers allowed me to skip this step, but Firefox will not allow me to proceed, and does not provide a "skip" facillity.

I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to allow my credit card details to be stored on my phone or in a browser. Storing the credit card data would not confer any advantage, because I have multiple credit cards, and I select the card for each transaction according to my location, the currency being billed, and whether the card offers cashback or loyalty points for the type of transaction I am making.

Has anybody else encountered this problem ?

I'm using a MAC and I'm using macOS Sequoia 15.0 (I just updated to this version) and I noticed that some our websites are not loading in your browser anymore. I thought this was a cache issue so I clear the cache and the the websites will only load with the Safari browser. We use Brave and DuckDuckGo for our search engines and we use Yahoo (Bing) when we search on Safari.

every time I go on to a new site such as you tube or even to open my email or go to facebook I have to wait and wait and then at the top of my page it says firefox not responding and then I have to wait and wait it is getting fustrating I have a laptop here at home and have internet but i always get inturupted when I go to open another page

Not sure whether this is related to an update on apple iOS 17.6.1 or Firefox focus. At one point it worked, then last update on both ends I'll say for now this problem reoccured again.

I use an apple iPad 11 Pro with Magic Keyboard. If i wanna type in the URL bar it simply doesnt allow for the curser to be placed in that area, however, if I detach the iPad from the Magic Keyboard the function returns and now I'm able to place curser in url bar and being typing an address.

Prior to this problem reoccurring once more with one of the updates, it was fine for a couple of months (perhaps from may till august - best guess but I have no idea), but before may (lets say) I also dealt with the same exact problem for over a year or more.

I keep getting a reply when I try to look up my private URL’s. I can get what it says if that helps? It’s a message I am not familiar with. I also can’t get my mailbox or Safari back up. I have no way to get an email to someone. I have alerted Avast about 15 x that I have no mailbox or Safari, yet they don’t help me. Can you please offer any help?! Don’t send the answer cuz it has no place to be delivered. All I can say is when I go into the Apple apps store. I go to apps look up mail and it says it has restrictions on it. That’s all I know or can tell you.
