Use this link to check that your plugins are up-to-date. If any are listed as unknown or research, do not worry about them.
check this:
- see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
- disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
https://forums.adobe.com/message/4468493#TemporaryWorkaround
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

I'm not sure I understand. What exactly is causing the crashes?
Have you done the above? The problem may be the video drivers.
I checked for the windows updates and there were none available. I have not disabled the hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin yet. Since the last crash I have not had any more crashes or freezes so far. If it crashes or freezes again I will disable the hardware acceleration. I appreciate your help on this. Thank you.
I checked the plugins and they were all showing to be up to date too.
There was an update for the video drivers. I checked by going into the Device Manager through the control panel. There was an update and I let it download and install the update and then I rebooted. I will see how this works before I disable the hardware acceleration.
