To transfer a photo/document from from printer, use program 'Windows Fax & Scan' and send by Email, OK?

But reverse that to reveal it on computer screen, either to alter in some way, then to Email it out. Please tell me how in full. Thanks.

What does this have to do with Thunderbird email client software? It sounds like you need to contact the manufacturer of your printer/scanner for help in operating it.
