When I complete the form with my Username, Password, Incoming & Outgoing Server info, I click DONE and get a message "Is Username or Password wrong?". No!
I'm trying to save my business e-mail's & folders, currently in Yahoo, so I can transfer them to GoDaddy, my new webhost. Yahoo has helped me complete the Mail Account Set-Up form with the Incoming Server & Outgoing Server information but when I click the DONE button, I get an error message, "Configuration could not be verified - Is the Username or Password wrong? I know these are correct. Yahoo does not know why it won't go through and suggested I contact Thunderbird for help. The Thunderbird version I downloaded is 38.5.1. This has become an urgent matter because our website on GoDaddy in down until I get these folders saved and sent over to GoDaddy.

Can you tell us what Yahoo were asking you to do?
Thunderbird has a Tools option on its traditional Menu, but you may have that disabled.
Right-click the toolbar; you should see a pop-up that offers the Menu Bar.
With this enabled, you should see a Tools option and maybe Yahoo's instructions will make more sense. But mail providers' instructions can be a bit vague and generic, so "Tools" may not be quite what you need.

Are you running the New Account Wizard and let Thunderbird detect the correct server settings automatically? Or are you using the manual configuration? Have you set up 2-step authentication for Yahoo?
Using Manual Config. Set up Incoming & Outgoing server info. Incoming: imap.mail.yahoo.com Port:993 with SSL, Normal Password. Outgoing: smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com Port:465 Normal Password. Also set up YNS.1 & 2 at GoDaddy
Thank you for trying to help me. Just to update, I was able to open a status bar on Thunderbnird that has a Tools option. Yahoo kept asking me to open the Tools and I didn't see it. They couldn't tell me how to get it. I just opened a dropdown on Thunderbird and clicked on Status, which gave me a Tools option. Does this help?
Hi Christ1; Have you forgotten about me?
