Will not let me download
I try to download and mark window to save and when I click on arrow it gives me another window but when I click to download it does nothing

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
