Is there an add-on to enlarge my mouse pointer, Window 7, OS is no use ?

I have a 20" Dell XPS which is great and I love it, but I am used to having a bigger mouse pointer like I have on my smaller Apple Mac, I would love to be able to have the same size pointer that is on My Mac added to my 20" Dell as the pointer that I have now, even at it's biggest is still way to small, & Window's 7 OS is no good, I love using Firefox so has anyone got an add-on that will do the job, Thanking You Liam Kelly I use Firefox all the time on both computer's

Open Windows Control Panel and look for the Mouse/Pointer folder.
