I have screen tearing on 54.01 when scrolling

noticed when I scroll on firefox 54.01 that I get screen tearing from bottom of the scroll bar all the way to the left side of the screen.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar. Under Advanced, Select General. Look for turn on/off Use Smooth Scrolling.
