Ok. Apparently Mozilla changes require users to report the above issue (ask the question) to have the servers recognize the user account. I will assume this has solved the issue.

It would have been nice not to have my question and comment history removed from my profile when the questions were archived. I do not find them unless I search Google for my username.

hi, The reason they are archived is that the are before version 57 All fixes that were able to use before are no longer valid for 57+ Firefox Volunteer Support has no control over these things.

Is there a question or a issue you would like help with ?
