hi, thanks for reporting this - no this definitely isn't what you're supposed to see on the new tab page. could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page onto a site like pastebin.mozilla.org and provide a link here in a reply on the forum? perhaps this can give us a clue what is going on...
