Everytime I I use my phone soon as I power up pop- up advertisements interrupt what ever I'm doing... Making a call, texting, browsing, or even playing games... Please let me know how to make it all STOP!?!?

This is not a Firefox question but i will try to help. it is either an app you have installed (some app lockers have this effect) or your phone may be infected by something. try running an antivirus and/or resetting your device to factory settings.
