Firefox crashes
I posted a long message about Firefox Crashing & the response by FredMcD was to start it in Safe Mode. But when I did that, Firefox crashed.

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted/Unsubmitted Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
Thank you for your help!
More information and further troubleshooting steps can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.
Please read my original email in this thread. As I explained there, Firefox just closes without any trace. It does not created Crash Reports & does send me a Crash Notification for submission. As explained in my original email, I also have checked Windows Event Viewer. There are numerous events each day. I found one from yesterday that mentions Firefox, but it did not permit to copy the information so I could send it to you. I found others that mention Software Protection Service licensing check with lines with list of letters & numbers that look like Firefox Crash Reports numbers & letters. There were also some that mention ThumbPrint. I have been exchanging posts with Mozilla Support for several weeks & none of there suggestions have solved the problem. Often after it closes, I do Restore Last Session & try again & it works & does not shut down. But other operations, like printing items in emails or some downloads or other printing dont work on a second try. If you are unable to resolve these problems, I will just switch to Chrome as my default browser.

Thanks, it works for me
We dont seem to be connecting. As I have explained, Firefox when it stops or crashes does not created Crash reports or send me a notice. It stops with no trace unless it is in the Windows Event Viewer as I explained. There were some older Crash Reports which I submitted several weeks ago. I have read that article & found nothing there that solved the problem. Please be more specific in identifying solutions to this problem. thank you
Also when I tried to start in Safe Mode, it crashed. I have explained all of theses problems in earlier posts & threads. But I have not made any progress.
