Previous versions of Thunderbird allowed for File/Save_As/Text and File/Save_As/PDF options after selecting a group, i.e. 6 months worth, of email messages. The current version 68.4.2 does not. What happened to these options and is there a replacement/work around option to save a group of emails as pdf files or text files? These options were being used to archive business emails since guaranteeing that the future use of Thunderbird will continue is not possible and these formats would be accessible to future organization officials.

sfhowes,

Thank you for the link. It is just what I needed. Appears that back in 2010 I had added this to a previous version but the compatibility dropped and as a result the add-on wasn't installed. Problem solved.
