Why am I having difficulty opening webpage attachments?
I have been having difficulty downloading/opening some attachment files. It seems like certain/many pdf files flash a tab open but disappears before I can do anything with. Mostly anything tax or federal school loan related.

Do you have an example website address that is causing a problem? This will help me to try it here and hopefully find a solution for you.
I was logged on to my account and trying to open the generated .pdf of a form that needed to be printed off. A similar thing happened with my HSA account for a tax form.
https://studentaid.gov/ is one. A form gets generated for me to print off that will flash over like it's going to open but doesn't. Possibly related, about the same time I have to click on bitmoji and other picture attachments in messages instead of them just being there.

Not anything after I started having issues. I have ABP and wikibuy.
