Thunderbird not sending emails.
I'm currently on version 91.3.1 of Thunderbird and for over a month I have not been able to send emails. I have had several updates to Thunderbird since the problem began but the problem has persisted. My Outgoing Server (SMTP) settings are:

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

The settings are correct, and my Hotmail account sends with no problems. What is the antivirus and its settings for email? Are you using a VPN? Two-step verification on the account?
