I contacted you the other day and refreshed which helped somewhat, today It would not come up aT all. I am contacting from edge at the moment. I am very frustrated. Is there a chance I could talk to a live person; this takes way to long?

Problem solved. :D

I contacted Dave and helped him get Firefox working properly again.
