I paid for Mozilla VPN but I can't login so I can't use it

What do I do or who can I email?
Try to click Help in top right corner of the app and select Contact support. It should be the fastest.
Check also your subscription details on the https://accounts.firefox.com/ page.

Well you could have posted your question using the Mozilla VPN form instead of posting a thread in the (desktop) Firefox section.
