Export to mobile does not work - nothing to select for export.

Under "settings" I select "Export to mobile". This pops up a page that should let me select what to export, but there is nothing to select there.

It would be nice ti use Android for mobile. Some can help?

Hi Ruud.

There are some eligibility requirements which might not be stated in the process. Do your accounts fit any of the following?

  • these authentication methods are not supported.
 Ci.nsMsgAuthMethod.GSSAPI,
 Ci.nsMsgAuthMethod.NTLM,
 Ci.nsMsgAuthMethod.External,
  • non-ASCII email identities are not supported

It was pointed out to me, that Thunderbird already has a link in the account selection panel, which points to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/thunderbird-android-import#w_not-seeing-all-your-email-accounts
