junk email server. received 2 emails on junk mail but can't open because "server disconnected" issue.

Mozilla: should I click on one of YOUR "SEE ALSO" HEADINGS? IF SO WHICH ONE?
I regret Mozilla was unable to assist me. I recently mail Mozilla $200 to support your email services, however I am disappointed you were unable to assist me. Now I must retain and pay for a computer service person to solve my junk email issue regarding "server disconnected".
