Is there a way to put graphics in the print header or footer?
I would like to use my logo in the header and/or footer of each printed page of my html document. Is there some technique that I can use to accomplish this. I can make my logo SVG, PNG, GIF, etc.

Try posting at the Web Development / Standards Evangelism forum at MozillaZine. The helpers over there are more knowledgeable about web page development issues with Firefox.
