It has been changed to "Show all bookmarks" under the Bookmarks menu

Bingo! Thanks for your help samadams. I thought I looked everywhere but apparently I didn't.

How do I change FireFox 4.01 bookmark page format, It's one large page and I have to drag my cursor way over to the right to view the contents of the folders. Before the 4.01 update it wasn't this way. The bookmarks were in a narrower column. How can I change it back?

You can open the bookmarks in the sidebar via View > Sidebar > Bookmarks (Ctrl+B)
You can find toolbar buttons to open the bookmarks and the history in the sidebar in the toolbar palette and drag them on a toolbar.
You need the bookmarks (star) button without the drop marker.

Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.
