when i click on the star it does not register the book mark , I can not get any book marks Please help me
I cant get bookmarks. I click on the star it goes bright yellow but no book mark registers. When I open bookmarks it it is empty. I am using windows 7 home premium please help me

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
You may possibly have two folders called "Unsorted Bookmarks". Check by hitting CTRL+B to open Bookmarks in the sidebar and then scroll down to the bottom.
I recommend you save Bookmarks by double clicking the star then choosing a folder to save it to. You can click the arrow to the right of where it says "Unsorted Bookmarks" and then click "New Folder", give it a name and then click "Done" to save it to that folder.
Does right click on the web page and "Bookmark This Page" in the context menu work?
