I've been trying to solve this problem but I can't find anyway to fix this problem

this is some process I've tried 1. Reinstall JAVA 6 Update 14 2. check for all update 3. test Java @ http://www.java.com/en/download/testjava.jsp 4. follow all Troubleshooting Guide both from JAVA.com and MOZILLA.com

but problem doesn't solve yet How can I and what should I do

ps. before I update firefox from 4 to 5.0 this problem never trouble me
