This article, Pop-up blocker - Pop-up blocker settings, specifies both Windows versions: "At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP)" Is there another article that you saw which does not include instructions for both? If so, please post the link to that article.
- Using the Firefox button: click Firefox button > Options > Options > Content
- Using the Menu Bar: click Tools > Options > Content
- NOTE: To get the Menu Bar to temporarily display, press the ALT key or the F10 key, and make selections from the Menu Bar.
