ATT prompts me and says my resolution is not right. My computer Windows 7 says it is right. Different screen resolutions don't make the problem better. Words are too large and I can't see the email in a grouping of 20 or 30, can only see 6 at a time... too wide and large and makes its difficult to read

Try resetting the zoom level for that domain.
