"NoScript" extension is an add-on, use "Ctrl+Shift+A" to bring up the add-ons panel, click on the puzzle piece on the left, click on the :"Uninstall to the right of "NoScript".

You can get to add-ons through the Tools menu, first use "Alt" to snow menu bar if not seen, the Tools > Add-ons > ...as above...
