Is there a way to have a page refreshed automatically, say every 5 minutes?
There is a website that tracks the status of my solar array. I like to keep it open and would like it to refresh itself every 5 or 10 minutes, so I can just glance at it.

accessibility.blockautorefresh in your about:config ...
- The default is true but you may have it set to false, applies only if the page page is set up by the author to update automatically

I would suggest continuing to use "F5" Reload
I don't have any of the following but they would give you more control
- Check4Change :: Add-ons for Firefox 614.4 (too big)
- ReloadEvery :: Add-ons for Firefox 29.7KB (rather large for any benefit)
- RefreshBlocker :: Add-ons for Firefox 9.2KB possibly for others who may want to block
