Is ist possible to get View with zoom back on the bar(s) at the top of my screen with a Firefox update?
Older versions of Firefox had View at the top of my screen. The latest update removed this. I need to be able to use the zoom under zoom. Is it possible to get View back at the top of my screen with this version of Firefox? If so, how. If not, will there be other updates that will allow this? Thanks.

If you mean the "Zoom Controls" ( - ) and ( +) button in the toolbar see:

Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" with the View menu temporarily if the Menu Bar is hidden.
