I downloaded the most recent update and now Firefox WILL NOT open. It crashes every single time. I am on a Mac running 10.7.4 I have removed Firefox from my computer. I have removed the .plist file. I have repaired permissions. I'm at my wit's end!

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
