you can try to clear all cookies from live.com and the browser cache. also make sure that live.com has the permission to set cookies on your pc (at least for the session).

i've set my browser to not to remember history jus the cookies until i close of fox i did every thing you said and it still doesnt work

may be your should sign in to hotmail account an try to sign in the webmail chat and see if it works al mind is saying its loading... thats it

i was using 12 and it work perfectly when i upgraded this happened whats the issue

i tried it on IE8 and it work there so its a firefox problem??
