1. I want to know how a company can submit or register an extension to Mozilla Firefox ?

2. Once extension is submitted or registered with Firefox. After that if new version of Firefox is released, Will Firefox consider compatibility of extension in new version of Firefox ?

You can submit an extension to https://addons.mozilla.org. It depends on how you set the compatibility of the add-on, but you can set it that the add-on is always compatible (but you'll still want to test it)
