Firefox crashing at start

Firefox crashes everytime i try to open it. The Crash Reporter appears all the time and gives the choices of: "Restart Fierefox" or "Exit firefox". If I click on "Restart Firefox", the same window appears.

Firefox works fine in Safe Mode if I open it by "Shift+click"

hello, please try updating your graphics driver, or in case this doesn't solve the issue or there is no new version available at the moment, disable hardware acceleration in firefox > options > advanced > general.
