Now where do I report this lack of HTTPS support? I'd expect mozilla.org to be using HTTPS... everywhere.

All bug reports belong in Bugzilla. If I'm not mistaken, the right place for this one is Component: WebOps: SSL and Domain Names, Product: Infrastructure & Operations. If I am mistaken, then someone will move the report where it belongs.
