Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
ntdll.dll was flagged by the crash report. This is a Windows program.
ntdll.dll was flagged by most of the crash reports I looked at. Make sure you submit all of the other crash reports as well.
One source I read said it could be an add-on problem.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;
Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar
Select Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.
Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?
Then restart.
You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
You can use one of these to start Firefox in Safe Mode in case that there are problems:
- On Windows, hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox with a double-click on the Firefox desktop shortcut
- On Mac, hold down the Options key while starting Firefox
- Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
