Hello,

Could someone provide detailed instructions on how to install the SoGo Connector for Thunderbird 31.4.0 (+Lightning 3.3.4) under Ubuntu 14.04 and then direct it to fetch my carddav list online?

I downloaded SoGo 2.1.1b-1 via Synaptic Package Manager and can see it listed in the Software Center as "Scalable groupware server 2.2.1 v-1." Perhaps redundantly, I also downloaded sogo-connector-31.0.1.xpi from http://www.sogo.nu/files/downloads/extensions/sogo-connector-31.0.1.xpi.

A similar question was asked at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1026452, but I need a more detailed explanation of installing SoGo under Ubuntu 14.04.

Thank very much

given just how well written Chris Ramsdens install for add-ons is, I think you best actually point out what it is your having trouble with. More word alone is not going to clear the fog.
