I have encoded each of my email address in my Thunderbird address book so I can make various selections according to common code. Example: At code #edm I have 150 addresses. Now I want to copy paste these addresses (name and email address only) in an Excel spreadsheet. How can I do that?

I would say the easiest and quickest method would be to export the address book as a .csv file.

Then you can open with Excel. then delete all the columns you do not want. In Address Book select address book Tools > Export choose where to save file Enter a suitable file name Save as TYpe: Comma Separated (*.csv) click on Save

Open with Excel. Select all column you do not want and click on Delete.
