A sender added 3 attachments and I don't know how to open more than a one attachment email. Help.

You can open all of them at once or individually.

There should be a small arrow on the left side where it says 3 Attachments. click on that arrow and it will change colour and reveal the three attachments.

Right click on any attachment and select 'Open'.
