The last firefox update has re-arranged my family's log ins order. For example, on websites that require you to log-in, and if we have chosen it to remember our log in details, all we have to do is double click the space and a drop down menu appears, in the order we signed up to that site. Now they are not in the order that my family signed up as. It is now re-arranged in alphabetical order. We do not like this change, and want it undone. It is annoying because our memories are going by the order it was before and it causes us to log in to the wrong accounts. Is there a way or setting to reverse this?

You are using the same Windows User Account for all users of that PC? Separate LUA's would give you all individual Firefox Profiles, which would have separate Password storage and separate form history (suggested email logins for username fields).

I have seen indications that the items should be sorted by frecency (frequency and recency) just like with the location/address bar drop-down list. This may even work out worse if multiple users use the same profile folder irregularly.

Best would be to have at least separate profile folders for each user with their own desktop shortcut. See:
