Can't use Firefox. My $10 donation last week has been ignored!
I made a donation when I saw your request last week. Now, I'm getting the donation request again, made another donation, and still can't open Firefox browser. I can't get to my email, you don't recognize my donation, and there seems to be no way forward. In other words, dear Mozilla, your system has suddenly become unavailable to me.

What kind of problem are you having? You say you can't open the browser, but you posted this using Firefox. Please describe your issues.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Mozilla is happy and thankful for your donation. I am sorry your browser isn't working as expected. To find the correct solution to your problem, we need some more non-personal information from you. Please do the following:
- Use ONE of these methods to open the Firefox Troubleshooting Information page:
- Click the menu button , click on help and select Troubleshooting Information.
- Type about:support into the Firefox address bar and press the enter key.
- At the top of the Troubleshooting Information page that comes up, you should see a button that says "Copy text to clipboard". Click it.
- Now, go back to your forum post, right-click in the reply box and select Paste from the context menu (or else click inside the reply box and press the Ctrl+V keys) to paste all the information you copied into the forum post.
