Tags do not show on synced computers
Hello, I am using thunderbird in our company and sharing e-mails. We have tags so that people can see who's customer is who's but some of the tags are not in sync. I currently have 6 tags and 4 work but the other 2 does not work for some reason. It's really weird because all the settings are the same but only 2 tags, which have the same settings and in the same e-mail, do not work. I have searched on my own for a few days but I cannot find a solution so it will be very helpful if we could get some support. Thank you in advance.

Have you redefined the default ones like "Important" there will be a limit that the IMAP mail server will synchronize. Some is None, but I have never seen more than 9. Given the default tags are included in that 9 I suggest you re use them
Thank you for your reply Matt. Yes, we have changed all the default names and still only 4 are synced and 2 are not. I have also checked the advanced setting to see if there was a difference between them but all of them looked fine. All of them are 'user set'
Check how many tags the server supports. It might only be 4

Contact the server admin. They should be aware of what mail server software they have installed and what limitations they have configured it to have.
