Will Thunderbird work with an accounting program Sage 50 to be able to send quotes and invoices?

I have just installed a new version of Peachtree Accounting 2017 (Sage 50) I had the 2010 version and for some reason a couple of weeks ago it would not let me send quotes or invoices it was saying my MAPI was not compliant> so I updated to the 2017-18 version and just wanted to make sure that Mozilla Thunderbird would support it and I would be able to send out quotes and invoices.

If an application supports SimpleMAPI, it will probably be able to communicate with TB. But to work around some MAPI issues in TB 52, see this post.
