I cannot see Sent folder in my email account. Setting "copied to sent folder" and view "all folder" already done. Whenever i send out message it always take very long to saved to sent folder, but in fact there is no sent folder. The version that I'm using Thunderbird 45.8.0

Is it an imap mail account? If yes, then you need to subscribe to see the server 'Sent' folder.
