En el hosting de correo, el espacio es muy pequeño y al enviar correo me mostraba mensaje de que no tengo espacio. La cuenta estaba configurada en imap, asi que al borrar los correos en hosting, se borraron en thunderbird...(uff). Cometí un error al guardar la copia de los archivos y sólo guarde el archivo inbox (181 MB) que estaba dentro de la carpeta del perfil. Ahora no logro importar ese archivo inbox en thunderbird para que me muestre los correos antiguos. Hay alguna manera de poder importar ese archivo inbox? ( adjunto captura)

In the mail hosting, the space is very small and when sending mail I showed message that I have no space. The account was configured in IMAP, so when deleting the emails in hosting, were deleted in Thunderbird ... (UFF). I made a mistake in saving the copy of the files and only save the Inbox file that was inside the profile folder. Now I can not import that inbox file in Thunderbird to show me the old emails. There is some way to be able to import that inbox file? (Attachment Capture)

¿Pero desde donde guardaste este Inbox? ¿Es un archivo o una carpeta? ¿Si es un archivo que extensión tiene?
