Trying to bring my favorite things from Chrome to Firefox..

On Chrome, by adding a URL as a search engine, you can make that URL/site be the first item that appears when typing into the address bar. After typing, you can immediately press enter without having to scroll down to get to the desired website. In Firefox, your suggested bookmarks appear a few lines below other suggested search results. Is there a Firefox equivalent work around?
