I saved a Live Bookmark to the Bookmarks Menu. Where can I access it?
I recently switched to Firefox due to the 57 awesomeness. I subscribed to an RSS feed as a live bookmark to test the feature, saved it to the Bookmarks menu... and now it's nowhere to be found. There doesn't seem to be a bookmarks menu anywhere, and the "Bookmarks" submenu in the library only shows "Bookmark this page", a separator, "Bookmarking tools", "Search Bookmarks", and after another separator a list of recent bookmarks, which does not contain the live one.
It is possible to access it via "Show all bookmarks" and manually selecting "Bookmarks Menu" but the question is where in the everloving mother of f*** the bookmarks menu actually is?
I did see the instructions to add a bookmarks menu to the toolbar, but a) it will make the library effectively useless and b) why do I get the option to save to the bookmarks menu if by default there is no bookmarks menu to speak of?

You can add the "Bookmarks Menu" button that shows the bookmarks in a drop-down list to the Navigation Toolbar via these steps:
- click the bookshelf icon on the Navigation Toolbar or alternatively use the Library menu in the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list
- click Bookmarks
- click "Bookmarking Tools", then click "Add Bookmarks Menu to Toolbar"
You can also drag the Bookmarks Menu button from the Customize palette to the Navigation Toolbar

So your bookmarks menu is hidden and you want to unhide it. Did you read the following article?
Bookmarks Toolbar - Display your favorite websites at the top of the Firefox window
Yes, but what does the bookmarks menu have to do with the bookmarks toolbar? The entire reason why I wanted everything in an easy to access menu is because I don't want to display a toolbar since I'm accessing bookmarks 99% of the time by searching in the omnibox.
When trying to save a bookmark you have three main options - bookmarks menu, bookmarks toolbar and other bookmarks. The menu is what I'm wondering about.
Please update to version 57.0.2 for fixes : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-version
It has to do with it as anything you save in the Bookmarks Toolbar is in a Folder in the Bookmarks Menu called Bookmarks Toolbar.
I would say it did not save or was moved else where. When Have the Firefox Menu Bar, mouse to top of browser, Right Click then Click Menu Bar (same place you turn on the Bookmarks Toolbar) you can then drag anything to the Heading Bookmarks and Bookmarks will Open then can drop it anywhere you want. May not like another toolbar but this Toolbar is accessible and is powerful.

OK, thank you. Yes, the bookmark is in the Bookmarks Menu if I specifically add it to my main toolbar. No, I do not want any other toolbar, the default three (title bar, tab bar, navigation bar) are already more vertical space than I'd like to sacrifice.
But this results in another question - what is the point of the Library if the only way to access bookmarks saved to the Bookmarks Menu is by using the optional Bookmarks Menu? And why is it even an option when adding a bookmark if the menu isn't present *anywhere* by default?
This seems like a major design oversight.
PS: @Pkshadow what do you mean by "Heading Bookmarks"? I don't see anything like that anywhere, especially not in the menu bar.
You can drag the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" from the Bookmarks Toolbar to the Navigation Toolbar in customize mode or to the menu bar if you do not want to show the Bookmarks Toolbar.
I noticed something interesting: moving the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" to the overflow area on the Navigation Toolbar gives a link that opens the Bookmarks Toolbar folder in the Bookmarks Manager (Library).
