And if you do need it, get an update for it. That application installs an addon for Firefox and other supported browsers. The application itself should appear in the Windows Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. As far as that message "Rapport add on disabled" goes, does it appear under '''Legacy extensions''' in the Addons Manager? https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2017/10/26/helping-find-compatible-extensions/ That is a separate listing from Extensions that are compatible with the new Web Extensions format used in Firefox 57 and beyond. Extensions that appear in '''Legacy extensions''' can't be removed; and those that are installed by external applications, like Rapport, need to be removed via the application that originally installed the extension.
