Firefox still crashes my e-mail, and now it has started crashing on MLB.com. It now has started crashing on MLB.com, too. Nice job, QUANTUM !

Sorry to hear about these problems and thank you for the crash report IDs.
14 of the first 15 reports seem to involve the same part of Firefox. (13 "nsFont::CalcDifference" and 1 "nsFont::nsFont" signature) There isn't a lot of information available on what causes the problem, but a common thing to try with layout errors is to disable Firefox from using hardware acceleration. There is a checkbox for that hidden in the performance settings. Please see this article for more information: Firefox's performance settings.
When I compare user reports for the "nsFont::CalcDifference", there are several comments about problems with WOW mail on wowway.net. Is that the same site giving your Firefox problems? Since it requires a login, I'm not sure any support volunteers will be able to look at it.

jscher2000: I unchecked the box marked "Use Hardware Acceleration" from the Firefox settings page, and, lo and behold my e-mail opened up correctly, quickly, and for once, without the annoying crashes that were taking me 4 to 5 attempts when I wanted to use my e-mail. Thanks for the remedy, & if my impatience was evident in my messages, sorry.
Thank you for the update.
When I checked AMD's site yesterday there weren't any driver updates available for the RADEON HD 6350, so it's possible Firefox has made a change that makes it permanently incompatible with that software. Or maybe the driver software got damaged in some way?? Anyway, it's regrettable that your Firefox won't be able to use HA because it's useful for some sites, but probably email is more important.
jscher2000: My e-mail just crashed 3 times in a row just to sign in!! I see I was premature in calling this problem fixed. What are you doing??? By the way, What does Radeon have to do with anything. Perhaps you are referring to an attempted install of Radeon software that was unsuccessful. But right now, I need you to contact WOW(https://wowway.net/), and get with their IT staff and figure this one to the logical solution I'm sure it has. When the Good Lord wanted to give us something to drive us to distraction, He came up with computers. I don't know how many more crash reports it will take to convince you that something is wrong. GET IT FIXED or I am going on social media and thoroughly lambast your product for all the world to see, and, I'll not be unkind about it.

Hi mrmusic248, I'm just a volunteer here, so I'm not able to represent Mozilla in discussions with vendors or to accept threats of public shaming.
In your other thread, you said this only affects one of your systems for about the past three weeks. There's obviously some difference on this system. If it's not a conflict with your graphics driver software, it's something I'm not able to guess from viewing the crash reports.
Here are two things to try:
Clean Reinstall
This takes about 5 minutes. It's not about your settings, it's about making sure the program files are clean (no inconsistent or alien code files). As described below, this process does not disturb your existing settings. It's not essential to uninstall Firefox, but you can if you like, saying No to any request about removing personal data.
(A) Download a fresh installer for Firefox to a convenient location:
https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
(B) Exit out of Firefox (if applicable).
If you use Microsoft Office, please change your default browser to Internet Explorer temporarily before the next step.
(C) Using Windows Explorer/My Computer (hold down the Windows key and press E to launch it), right-click > rename the program folder as follows (you might have one or both):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox =to=> C:\Program Files (x86)\OldFirefox
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox =to=> C:\Program Files\OldFirefox
(D) Run the installer you downloaded in step (A). It should automatically connect to your existing settings.
Any improvement?
New Profile Test
This takes about 3 minutes, plus the time to test problem sites.
Inside Firefox, type or paste about:profiles in the address bar and press Enter/Return to load it.
Click the Create a New Profile button, then click Next. Assign a name like July2018, ignore the option to relocate the profile folder, and click the Finish button.
After creating the profile, scroll down to it and click the Set as default profile button below that profile, then scroll back up and click the Restart normally button. (There are some other buttons, but please ignore them.)
Firefox should exit and then start up using the new profile, which will just look brand new.
Does your email site work any better in the new profile?
When you are done with the experiment, open the about:profiles page again, click the Set as default profile button for your normal profile, then click the Restart normally button to get back to it.
