My email will not open on my Thunderbird program. How can I fix this?
my email program stopped working. I cannot open email. It comes in to my Optimum server site and I can open it there. I can open Thunderbird email on my office computer but I can't open it on my home computer. My Ipad email opens. This started happening two days ago.

Mail comes in but will not open. The headings like address book or chat do not open. clicking on sent or trash has no response. Previously opened mail is fine. I have a long list of new mail that will not open and the program doesn't respond.
What is your anti-virus software?
