The Thunderbird email client is only available for Windows, Mac OSX and Linux. https://www.thunderbird.net/thunderbird/60.0/system-requirements/

There is no mobile version of Thunderbird for any mobile OS's including Android and iOS.

If Thunderbird did exist for iOS the minimum would probably be iOS 10.3 as has been the case for Firefox for iOS devices for a while now.
