Thunderbird 60.6.0(Mac) after Update, I can not create new Folder new Underfolder: I can write the name and click button create, but there comes nothing.

Hello again, I make the TB update to 60.6.0 using Mac os 10.14.2, imap SSL/ TLS and at first I wont to make new underfolder, and TB let me write the name, and than I click create and nothing comes. Its further possible to make new names to a Folder, to change ist, which like before, this works.

Is not out grey, it looks normal, like it will work, -it so not work as Folder also not as Underfolder I have nothing changing and all works (also creating new folder) all the time before update. At first I thought that the lock on the name of my account was the reason but its wrong thinking of me.
