Hi, I have been unable to open links from Emails accounts, both Outlook & Hotmail. I just get a message saying this. However if a am able to open them if have a pdf or a link to explore, which leads me to think this may be a Firefox problem. Thanksr

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

What is the message?

Make sure the computer has Firefox as your default web browser.
If there is still a problem, try selecting Windows Internet Explorer as the default.

No, as I click on the link a box opens with the message 'Unable to open' followed by http etc etc. for whatever site I am trying to connect to.
